1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing QuickInstaSave, using a downloader page, pasting a public Instagram URL, downloading a file, contacting us, or browsing the site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or its downloader features.

You must have the legal ability to accept these terms. If you use QuickInstaSave for a business, organization, school, agency, or client, you confirm that you have permission to use the service on their behalf and that they will also follow these terms.

2. What QuickInstaSave provides

QuickInstaSave provides a free browser-based Instagram downloader for public videos, Reels, photos, Stories, Highlights, IGTV-style videos, and album or carousel posts when supported media is available. The service may show public metadata such as title, thumbnail, duration, media type, and available formats.

The service does not guarantee that every public link will work. Instagram can remove media, change source formats, require login, apply rate limits, restrict regions, or alter how content is served. QuickInstaSave may return a safe error message when a link is private, removed, expired, restricted, unsupported, or unavailable.

3. Public links only

You may use QuickInstaSave only with public Instagram URLs that you are allowed to access. The service does not support private accounts, close-friends media, private inbox content, hidden posts, login-only sources, deleted content, or attempts to bypass privacy settings.

Do not paste passwords, OTP codes, recovery codes, Instagram cookies, private account links, login pages, account settings pages, or sensitive personal URLs into the downloader. QuickInstaSave is designed for public URL processing, not account access or private data handling.

• Do not attempt to bypass privacy or access controls.
• Do not submit credentials, cookies, or one-time codes.
• Do not use the service to collect private or sensitive information.

4. User responsibility

You are responsible for every URL you submit and every file you download. Downloading public media does not mean you own it, have permission to repost it, or can use it commercially. The original creator or rights holder may still control the content, caption, audio, image, video, likeness, trademark, or other rights.

Use downloaded media only in ways that are lawful, respectful, and permitted. Safer uses include saving your own content, personal offline viewing, classroom notes, internal planning, approved references, and content where you have permission from the creator or rights holder.

5. Acceptable use rules

You agree not to misuse QuickInstaSave. Misuse includes automated scraping, high-volume abuse, attempts to break rate limits, attacks on the website, attempts to reverse engineer private systems, use of unsafe URLs, or using the service for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.

You also agree not to use QuickInstaSave to harass people, violate privacy, impersonate creators, misrepresent ownership, remove context from media in a harmful way, or publish downloaded content without permission when permission is required.

• Do not overload, attack, scan, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use bots or scripts to abuse public endpoints.
• Do not claim downloaded content as your own when it is not yours.
• Do not use downloaded media for unlawful, defamatory, harmful, or exploitative purposes.

6. Copyright and creator rights

Instagram media belongs to its creator, owner, or rights holder, not to QuickInstaSave. We do not grant copyright licenses, reuse permission, commercial rights, music rights, publicity rights, or permission to repost someone else's content. You must obtain permission where required.

If you believe content is being misused or if you are a rights holder with a concern, review our DMCA Policy and contact us with clear details. QuickInstaSave does not host a permanent public library of Instagram media, but we still take copyright and creator concerns seriously.

7. No affiliation with Instagram or Meta

QuickInstaSave is an independent tool. It is not owned, operated, sponsored, approved, endorsed, or supported by Instagram or Meta. Names such as Instagram, Reels, Stories, Highlights, IGTV, and Meta may be used descriptively to explain compatibility and user intent.

Your use of Instagram remains subject to Instagram rules, terms, policies, and technical limits. QuickInstaSave cannot control Instagram, guarantee Instagram availability, or change the rules that apply to your Instagram account.

8. Temporary processing and no permanent hosting promise

QuickInstaSave is designed for temporary processing and direct download. The backend may temporarily prepare files, thumbnails, metadata, or format information to complete a user-requested download. Cleanup routines may remove temporary files after processing.

We do not promise permanent storage, backup, hosting, archiving, or future availability of any Instagram media. If a link stops working, if a file is removed, or if Instagram changes access, QuickInstaSave may no longer be able to process that content.

9. Service availability and changes

QuickInstaSave may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features at any time. We may update downloader behavior, supported formats, rate limits, interface text, legal pages, cleanup timing, backend extraction methods, or security rules as needed.

We try to keep the service useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Downtime, maintenance, server issues, rate limits, network problems, upstream platform changes, or browser restrictions may affect availability or download success.

10. Rate limits and abuse prevention

To protect the website and keep it usable for real visitors, QuickInstaSave may apply rate limits, request timeouts, URL validation, IP-based controls, security filtering, or temporary blocks. These controls help reduce spam, bot abuse, unsafe requests, and excessive automated downloads.

If your access is limited, slow down and try again later. Attempts to bypass limits, rotate abusive traffic, attack infrastructure, or repeatedly submit unsafe links may result in blocked access and further security action.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

QuickInstaSave is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise that every link will work, that every format will be available, that every file will have a specific quality, that downloads will be error-free, or that the service will meet every user expectation.

We do not guarantee that downloaded media is lawful for your intended use. You are responsible for checking permissions, copyright, privacy, platform rules, local laws, and any other requirements before saving, sharing, editing, or publishing downloaded content.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, QuickInstaSave, its creator, operators, contributors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or reputational damages related to your use of the website.

This includes issues such as failed downloads, unavailable links, lost files, misuse of downloaded content, account problems on third-party platforms, copyright disputes, privacy complaints, business losses, or technical interruptions. Use the service at your own risk and keep your own backups where needed.

13. Third-party services and links

QuickInstaSave may link to or interact with third-party services such as Instagram, Meta, email providers, hosting platforms, analytics tools, WhatsApp, Facebook, browser download systems, or external websites. Those services are controlled by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, platform changes, external downloads, ads shown by unrelated websites, browser behavior, or messages you choose to send through an external communication channel.

14. Termination and enforcement

We may block, limit, suspend, or refuse access to QuickInstaSave if we believe a user is abusing the service, violating these terms, creating security risk, submitting unsafe requests, infringing rights, or using the website in a harmful or unlawful way.

Enforcement decisions may be automated or manual. We do not have to provide advance notice before protecting the service, users, rights holders, or infrastructure. We may also cooperate with lawful requests when required.

15. Changes to these terms and contact

We may update these Terms of Service when the website, backend, supported formats, legal requirements, or business practices change. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
